There are dodgy (i.e. pirated, non originals) movies and DVD's for sale everywhere here in Argentina.
Last night at the Pand C meeting of the pre-school they were talking about a gift for Día del Alumno (Day of the student). They want to give each child a DVD- but of course an illegally burnt copy of the DVD. It will still work out at about $5 per child, but of course the orginal would be at least three times that much. What do you say at that point, when even the pre-schools and schools (and even churches) don't have a problem with it.
